In June of 2010, Private First Class Andrew Holmes was charged with the murder of an Afghan civilian. On September 22, 2011, Andy pleaded guilty to a lesser charge as part of a plea bargain. The next day, he was sentenced to seven years in prison. The purpose of this site is to show our support and love for Andy. He is our son, our brother, our grandson, our friend, and a soldier who has proudly defended his country. We stand by him. We know his true nature. We will continue to support him.
